I ordered some clay tools and they actually showed up quicker than I expected, so no complaints there. The box arrived in good shape too. Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the tracking didn’t update very well, so don’t panic if it looks like your package isn’t moving. Mine still arrived fine, and overall I’m happy with the shipping.

I ordered some equipment and had a few questions about the kiln, but getting clear answers was kind of a pain. Support took a while to respond, and when they did, the info wasn’t always that helpful or straightforward. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic details. The experience wasn’t terrible overall, but the unclear communication definitely made it more annoying than it needed to be.

"Pretty easy to use, thankfully"
I actually had a good experience using theceramicshop, which was a nice surprise. The menu is clear enough that I could find glazes and tools without having to go on some little treasure hunt, and the search worked fine too, which helped a lot. Checkout was simple and didn’t make me question my life choices, so that was appreciated. Overall, the site was easy to use, and I’d shop there again.

I ordered some clay online and picked it up the next day while I was already out running a couple errands, so it worked out well. The staff had everything ready when I got there, and I only waited a few minutes. Definitely a nice option if you don’t want to deal with shipping.

"Okay products, but overpriced and handled carelessly"
I’ve ordered from The Ceramic Shop a couple of times, and the products were fine, but the prices feel steep for what you’re getting. I ended up finding a few of the same items cheaper on other sites later, which was frustrating. Shipping also adds up really fast, so by the time you see the final total, it’s hard to feel like it’s worth it. On top of that, one of my orders looked like it had been handled carelessly, with the packaging a bit banged up, which isn’t great when you’re ordering ceramic supplies. It’s not the worst shop out there, but I wouldn’t call it a great value unless you really can’t find what you need anywhere else.

"Fun pottery class, though a little packed"
Not gonna lie, I had a really good time at the weekend workshop at The Ceramic Shop. The instructor was friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, even with the class being a bit crowded. I liked getting to try out the tools and ask questions as we went. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I wish there had been a little more one-on-one help, but overall it was a fun experience and I’d definitely go back

They did eventually respond and they were polite, so I can’t say it was awful, but I was expecting quicker help. It left me feeling a little unsure about the purchase and kind of wishing I’d gone with another option. Overall, not terrible, just average for me...

"Shipping Was Pricey, But at Least It Was Clear"
I’ll give them credit for showing the shipping cost clearly before I paid. I’m always a little nervous ordering ceramic items because the shipping can get weirdly expensive fast, so it was nice not to get hit with a surprise at the last second. It definitely wasn’t cheap, and I still kind of hesitated because of that, but at least I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. The order arrived packed well, so that part was fine. Taking off one star because the shipping still felt a bit higher than I’d like.

My order from theceramicshop.com showed up packed really well. There was plenty of padding, and nothing was broken, which was my main concern. The outside of the box was a little beat up, but everything inside was totally fine. Happy with the purchase overall.

I ordered some clay tools from theceramicshop.com, i really appreciated how easy the tracking was to follow. I’m the kind of person who likes knowing what’s going on with an order, so the updates made me feel a lot better.
I got emails when the order was placed, when it shipped, and again when it was out for delivery. It was nice not having to keep checking or wonder if my package was stuck somewhere.
Everything arrived when they said it would, and the whole process was simple and stress-free. No issues at all, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I ordered a few glaze supplies from theceramicshop.com and everything arrived right when they said it would. The packing was solid too, which was a relief because nothing showed up broken. Small win for me: I was able to get my glaze tests done that weekend like I’d hoped. "Helpful guides, but honestly hard to find stuff"
There are definitely some useful lessons on the site, and I did find a few guides that helped. But the site feels messy, like really messy, and it took me way too long to find what I needed. I kept clicking around, getting lost, then clicking around again. The info is good once you finally find it, but finding it is the annoying part.

I ordered a glaze and ended up having to return it because the one I received wasn’t right. From my experience, the return process was straightforward, and support got back to me quickly enough. The refund did take a few days to come through, so it wasn’t completely smooth, but nothing that would stop me from ordering again
